Safety & compliance

General: Follow all posted signs and staff instructions. Stay within designated areas for your ticket and skill level.

Age, height & weight: Some tickets have age, height or weight restrictions. Add your details in Profile → Safety & compliance so we can validate at booking.

Equipment: Use only approved equipment. Report any damage or fault to staff. Staff can log equipment damage in the operations dashboard.

Health: Do not participate if you are unwell or under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Inform us of any medical condition that may affect your safety.

Incidents: Report any accident or injury to staff immediately. Staff log incidents in Staff → Incidents for safety improvement.

Emergency contact: Add an emergency contact in Profile → Safety & compliance so we can reach someone if needed.
