Refund Policy
Eligibility: Refunds may be available for cancelled sessions in line with the timing and rules below. Promotional or non-refundable tickets are excluded unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation timing: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the session start may qualify for a full or partial refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may not be refundable.
Process: Request a refund via Contact Us or your account (when available). Include your booking reference. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Force majeure: In the event of closure or cancellation by SnowTropica (e.g. safety, weather), we will offer a full refund or reschedule where applicable.
